1. General information

This Privacy Policy explains how the browser extension Apilo Booster processes user data.

Apilo Booster is a Chrome Extension created for users of Apilo OMS. The extension supports selected actions performed in Apilo, including filling forms, adjusting interface elements, improving picking and packing workflows, and synchronizing data with Google Sheets files selected by the user.

2. What data the extension processes

Apilo Booster processes only the data necessary to provide its user-facing features. This may include:

order data visible in Apilo, needed for shipment creation, picking, packing, and form completion,
event statuses, such as shipment created, order picked, or order packed,
extension configuration and user settings,
technical information required for the extension to work,
the email address of the Google Account used for authorization,
the Google Account identifier received through OAuth authorization,
identifiers of Google Sheets files selected by the user,
data from Google Sheets files configured by the user,
product data such as SKU, warehouse location, weight, and dimensions.

Customer data, order data, and product data are processed locally in the user’s browser and are not sent to the developer’s servers, unless the user explicitly provides such information when contacting support.

3. Google Account and Google API usage

Apilo Booster uses Google OAuth 2.0 to allow the user to connect their Google Account and use Google Sheets features configured inside the extension.

The extension may request the following Google OAuth scopes:

openid — used to associate the authorization with the user’s Google Account.
userinfo.email — used to read the basic email address of the authorized Google Account.
drive.file — used to work only with Google Drive files that are used or selected by the user in the extension.
spreadsheets — used to read and write data in Google Sheets files configured by the user.

Apilo Booster uses Google Sheets API only for Google Sheets files explicitly selected or configured by the user.

The extension does not scan the user’s Google Drive, does not search for files on its own, and does not access Google Sheets files that are not used in the extension’s features.

4. Google Sheets files used by the extension

Apilo Booster works only with Google Sheets files selected and configured by the user. These files may be used as:

a source of product data, such as SKU, warehouse location, weight, and dimensions,
a source of packaging data, such as available packaging boxes and their dimensions,
a place to save packing statistics,
a place to save picking statistics.

Communication with Google Sheets takes place only when the user connects a Google Account, selects or configures a Google Sheets file, and uses a feature that requires reading from or writing to that file.

5. How the data is used

The data is used only to provide or improve the extension’s user-facing functionality, including:

filling or improving forms in Apilo,
saving extension configuration,
reading product dimensions, warehouse locations, and packaging data from Google Sheets files selected by the user,
loading product or packaging dimensions into Apilo shipment label forms,
displaying warehouse locations next to products in Apilo,
saving picking and packing statistics to Google Sheets files configured by the user.

Google user data is not used for advertising, remarketing, user profiling, selling data, or training artificial intelligence models.

6. Data sharing and disclosure

Apilo Booster does not sell user data and does not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, credit-worthiness, lending, or profiling purposes.

Data may be transferred only between services necessary to provide the extension’s functionality, such as the user’s browser, Apilo, and Google services used by the user, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Data may also be disclosed if required by law, necessary for security reasons, or necessary to resolve a user’s support request.

7. Data storage and retention

Apilo Booster may store extension configuration, integration settings, feature settings, and Google Sheets file identifiers locally in the user’s browser.

Data stored locally can be removed by the user by changing the extension settings, disconnecting the Google Account, clearing browser extension data, or uninstalling the extension.

Data saved in Google Sheets remains in Google Sheets files owned or controlled by the user. The user can edit or delete this data directly in Google Sheets.

Apilo Booster does not maintain a separate database containing Google Sheets data on the developer’s servers.

8. Data security

Apilo Booster uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authorize access to Google services.

The extension does not have access to the user’s Google Account password.

Data transmission to external services is performed over secure HTTPS connections.

Extension permissions are used only to provide the features described in this Privacy Policy.

9. Limited Use of Google user data

Apilo Booster’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features described in this Privacy Policy.

Information received from Google APIs is not used for advertising, remarketing, user profiling, selling data, or training artificial intelligence models.

Information received from Google APIs is not transferred to other applications or services except when necessary to provide the extension’s functionality, required by law, necessary for security purposes, or initiated by the user.

10. Human access to data

The developer of Apilo Booster does not review the user’s Google Sheets data, Apilo data, or order data.

Exceptions may occur only when the user voluntarily provides specific information as part of a support request, when access is necessary for security reasons, or when required by law.

11. Payments and additional features

If the user uses paid features of Apilo Booster, payment processing may be handled by an external payment provider.

The developer of Apilo Booster does not store payment card numbers or full payment details. Only an identifier or authorization code required to verify access to paid features may be stored.

12. Data deletion and revoking access

The user may at any time:

change or remove the extension configuration,
delete locally stored extension data,
disconnect the Google Account inside the extension,
uninstall the extension from the browser,
delete or modify data stored in their own Google Sheets files,
revoke Apilo Booster’s access to the Google Account in Google Account security settings.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the extension’s functionality, data processing practices, or legal requirements change.

If material changes are made to how Apilo Booster uses Google user data, users will be informed through an update to this Privacy Policy or through an in-product notice where appropriate.

dane zamówień widoczne w Apilo, potrzebne do tworzenia przesyłek, zbierania, pakowania i uzupełniania formularzy,
statusy zdarzeń, takie jak utworzenie przesyłki, zebranie zamówienia lub spakowanie zamówienia,
konfiguracja rozszerzenia i ustawienia użytkownika,
techniczne informacje potrzebne do działania rozszerzenia,
adres e-mail konta Google użytego do autoryzacji,
identyfikator konta Google otrzymany w ramach autoryzacji OAuth,
identyfikatory plików Google Sheets wskazanych przez użytkownika,
dane z plików Google Sheets skonfigurowanych przez użytkownika,

3. Korzystanie z konta Google i Google API

Apilo Booster pracuje wyłącznie z plikami Google Sheets wskazanymi i skonfigurowanymi przez użytkownika. Pliki te mogą być używane jako:

źródło danych produktowych, takich jak SKU, lokalizacja magazynowa, waga i wymiary,
źródło danych o opakowaniach, takich jak dostępne pudełka i ich wymiary,
miejsce zapisu statystyk pakowania zamówień,
miejsce zapisu statystyk zbierania zamówień.

Komunikacja z Google Sheets odbywa się wyłącznie wtedy, gdy użytkownik połączy konto Google, wskaże lub skonfiguruje plik Google Sheets oraz użyje funkcji, która wymaga odczytu danych z tego pliku albo zapisu danych do tego pliku.

5. W jakim celu dane są używane

Dane są używane wyłącznie do zapewnienia lub usprawnienia funkcji rozszerzenia dostępnych dla użytkownika, w szczególności do:

uzupełniania lub usprawniania formularzy w Apilo,
zapisywania konfiguracji rozszerzenia,
odczytu wymiarów produktów, lokalizacji magazynowych i danych o opakowaniach z plików Google Sheets wskazanych przez użytkownika,
wczytywania wymiarów produktów lub opakowań do formularzy tworzenia etykiet przesyłek w Apilo,
wyświetlania lokalizacji magazynowych przy produktach w Apilo,
zapisywania statystyk zbierania i pakowania do plików Google Sheets skonfigurowanych przez użytkownika.

Dane użytkownika Google nie są używane do reklam, remarketingu, profilowania użytkownika, sprzedaży danych ani trenowania modeli sztucznej inteligencji.

6. Udostępnianie i ujawnianie danych

Apilo Booster nie sprzedaje danych użytkownika i nie przekazuje danych użytkownika Google podmiotom trzecim w celach reklamowych, marketingowych, brokerskich, oceny zdolności kredytowej, pożyczkowych ani profilowania.

Dane mogą być przekazywane wyłącznie pomiędzy usługami potrzebnymi do zapewnienia funkcji rozszerzenia, takimi jak przeglądarka użytkownika, Apilo oraz usługi Google używane przez użytkownika, w tym Google Sheets i Google Drive.

Apilo Booster nie prowadzi osobnej bazy danych na serwerach twórcy rozszerzenia, w której przechowywane byłyby dane z Google Sheets.

8. Bezpieczeństwo danych

Apilo Booster korzysta z Google OAuth 2.0 do autoryzacji dostępu do usług Google.

Rozszerzenie nie ma dostępu do hasła użytkownika do konta Google.

10. Dostęp człowieka do danych

Twórca Apilo Booster nie przegląda danych użytkownika z Google Sheets, danych z Apilo ani danych zamówień.

Wyjątki mogą wystąpić wyłącznie wtedy, gdy użytkownik dobrowolnie przekaże konkretne informacje w ramach zgłoszenia pomocy technicznej, gdy dostęp jest konieczny ze względów bezpieczeństwa albo gdy wymagają tego przepisy prawa.

11. Płatności i funkcje dodatkowe

Jeśli użytkownik korzysta z płatnych funkcji Apilo Booster, obsługa płatności może być realizowana przez zewnętrznego operatora płatności.

Twórca Apilo Booster nie przechowuje numerów kart płatniczych ani pełnych danych płatniczych. Może być przechowywany wyłącznie identyfikator lub kod autoryzacyjny potrzebny do sprawdzenia dostępu do funkcji płatnych.

12. Usunięcie danych i cofnięcie dostępu

Użytkownik może w każdej chwili:

zmienić lub usunąć konfigurację rozszerzenia,
usunąć dane zapisane lokalnie przez rozszerzenie,
odłączyć konto Google w rozszerzeniu,
odinstalować rozszerzenie z przeglądarki,
usunąć lub zmienić dane zapisane w swoich plikach Google Sheets,
cofnąć dostęp Apilo Booster do konta Google w ustawieniach bezpieczeństwa konta Google.

13. Zmiany polityki prywatności

Niniejsza polityka prywatności może zostać zaktualizowana w przypadku zmian funkcji rozszerzenia, sposobu przetwarzania danych lub wymagań prawnych.

Jeżeli wprowadzone zostaną istotne zmiany dotyczące sposobu używania danych użytkownika Google przez Apilo Booster, użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani przez aktualizację niniejszej polityki prywatności lub, jeśli będzie to właściwe, przez komunikat w produkcie.
